Layfhaker offers 7 recipes of unusual dishes, which will provide the body with essential substances, recharge your batteries and will delight the taste buds. And yet they are very easy to prepare!
Recipe № 1. Tomato soup with peppers and almonds
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- ½ teaspoon dry mix Italian grass;
- ½ teaspoon of dried or fresh oregano or thyme;
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into pieces;
- 4 garlic cloves;
- 3 cans (450 ml), canned tomatoes;
- ¼ cup almonds, peeled and crushed.
preparation
Preheat the pan on olive oil and passeruete bell pepper, garlic and spices for 2-3 minutes or until until the garlic is golden. Carefully add the tomatoes, reduce heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Ready to grind the soup in a blender until smooth and virtually filing, sprinkled with almonds.
Recipe № 2. Chicken with lemon-honey sauce
Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 750 grams of chicken breast;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- sesame seeds, chopped green onions, lemon peel or lemon slices for decoration (optional).
For the sauce:
- ¾ cup chicken broth;
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice;
- 3 tablespoons of honey;
- 2 tablespoons corn or potato starch;
- lemon zest 1;
- pinch of ground ginger.
preparation
Mixing soy sauce with rice vinegar, poured into the package to lay out chicken and sending the package to the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes (can marinate to 8 hours). Then add salt and pepper on both sides of the breast, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan until tender. The finished chicken spread on a separate plate.
In the same frying pan mix all the ingredients for the sauce, bring it to a boil and simmer until thick 5-7 minutes. Then add to the chicken pieces, mix well with the sauce, remove from heat and add the other ingredients as desired.
Served with rice, quinoa or any other side dish of your choice.
Recipe № 3. Italian pasta soup
Ingredients:
- 500 g minced turkey;
- 1 cup chopped onions;
- 2 cups carrots, cut into thin strips;
- 2 cups celery, chopped into small pieces;
- 1 green bell pepper, diced;
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic;
- 1 large bank (830 ml) in brine tomatoes (cut into pieces);
- 1 large bank (830 ml) of tomato puree;
- 800 ml of broth;
- Bank 1 (430 ml) of red canned beans;
- Bank 1 (430 ml) white canned beans;
- 1 tablespoon dry mix Italian grass;
- 220 g of small curly paste;
- salt and pepper to taste.
preparation
Takes a deep pan with a thick bottom, add a little olive oil and fry until cooked stuffing. Put in a separate bowl.
In the same pan add the onions, carrots, celery and green pepper. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Then lay out to tomatoes, tomato puree, broth, beans, spices, salt, pepper and ready beef, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about an hour.
In a separate pan boil the pasta and add it to the overall mix at the end. Simmer the soup for about 5 minutes more, remove from fire and are applying to the table.
Recipe № 4. Pasta with spinach
Ingredients:
- 240 g of the paste (preferably thin);
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- 5-6 cups of chopped spinach (can be frozen);
- grated Parmesan;
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
preparation
Boil the pasta in a separate pan until cooked. Put aside and leave ½ cup water in which it was cooked.
In the same pan to warm up the butter. Add chopped garlic and passeruete it for 2-3 minutes. Then add the boiled pasta and spinach. Cook until until the spinach leaves are tender. When the paste starts to burn, add a little water. At the end put in a pan a little grated parmesan, mixed well, add salt and pepper to taste.
You lay out the finished pasta in a large dish and add a little more cheese.
Recipe № 5. Salad with chicken and avocado
Ingredients:
- 750 g of chicken breasts;
- 2 cups chicken broth;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 1 avocado, cut into small cubes;
- ½ cup red onion, diced;
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander;
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt;
- 2 tablespoons lime juice;
- ¼ teaspoon salt;
- ½ teaspoon cumin;
- ¼ teaspoon of dried garlic.
preparation
In a small saucepan bring it to boiling chicken broth, bay leaf is put back and chicken. Cook until done. Gets ready chicken, cooled and cut into small cubes.
In a separate large bowl, prepare the salad dressing. To do this, mix Greek yogurt with lime juice, salt, cumin and garlic.
In the same bowl add the chicken, avocado, onion and coriander, mixed well, and all the ingredients are applying.
Recipe № 6. Rolls with vegetables and hummus
Ingredients:
- 2 wheat tortilla or 2 thin Lavash;
- 2 tablespoons hummus;
- 1 avocado, mashed into a puree;
- ½ cup of any sprouts or lettuce;
- ¼ cup carrots, sliced into thin strips;
- 1 sweet pepper, sliced and fried strips.
preparation
Deploying a pita or tortilla, spread layers of ingredients: first, hummus, then mashed avocado, sprouts or lettuce, carrot sticks, and roasted peppers.
You fold the pita bread, cut in half and filing on the table.
Recipe № 7. California rolls with avocado and brown rice
Ingredients:
- 8 wheat tortillas or thin lavash;
- 240 g of crab meat (optional);
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced;
- ½ cup cucumber, diced;
- 1 avocado, diced;
- 2 cups boiled brown rice;
- 3 teaspoons sesame;
- ¼ cup soy sauce.
preparation
In a small bowl, mix the cooked rice with sesame seeds. Deploying tortilla and start spread layers: rice, crab meat, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. Fold the tortilla in rolls, cut in half and are applying to the table along with the soy sauce.
