6 marinades for soft and juicy meat in the oven

Marinate can not only meat for barbecue. If you want to cook at home tender beef, pork or lamb, try these recipes.
Marinades for pork in the oven
1. Marinade on kefir
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 cup yogurt;
- 1 bay leaf;
- spices, salt - to taste.
preparation
Take a piece of pork neck or notch (800 g), rinse and fill with salt and spices. Onions cut into large rings, chop the garlic. Pour the yogurt to the meat, mix with garlic and onion, add the bay leaf.

2. Marinade with basil
Ingredients

Mix in a blender, basil, parsley, onion and garlic. Pour the vegetable oil, add salt, sugar and pepper, stir again.

Marinades for beef in the oven
3. Marinade with Teriyaki sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup beef broth;
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce;

- 3 cloves of garlic.

Mix the oil, soy sauce and honey. Pour the rice vinegar, add chopped garlic and a spoonful of mustard.

Marinades for lamb in the oven
5. Marinade with thyme and soy sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
preparation
Mix in a glass bowl soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, thyme, pepper and garlic. Place the marinade in two steaks of lamb ham, cover with cling film. Put the meat in the refrigerator.

6. Marinade with ginger and yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 lemon;
- 2 cm root ginger;
- 250 ml yogurt without fillers;
- 1 teaspoon coriander;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 2 teaspoons of salt;
- 1 teaspoon paprika;
- ½ spoon of black pepper.
preparation
Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Peel the ginger, grate it on grater. Connect ginger and lemon with yogurt, add the coriander and chopped garlic. Salt marinade and season with a mixture of peppers.
