- 1 teaspoon of dried sage;
- 60 ml of dry red wine;
- 180 g of shredded oats;
- 50 g parmesan;

preparation
- In a saucepan heat the broth over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover.
- At this time in a frying pan, melt the butter. Leek, cut lengthwise into two parts, each chop into thin slices. Add to the pan the leeks and salt. Cook, stirring, heat for 2 minutes on average.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, finely chopped garlic, thyme and sage. Broil for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly, until the mushrooms do not turn brown.
- Add the mushrooms to the wine, cook for a minute. Reduce heat to medium.

3. Spicy oatmeal with turmeric and chickpea

- 85 g of oat flakes;
- 120 ml of soy or almond milk;

4. Oatmeal with mushrooms, avocado and a fried egg

- In deep pan fry in olive oil sliced mushrooms, finely chopped onion and garlic. Cook about 6-7 minutes over medium heat until the onion is light brown and soft mushrooms.
