Cobb salad with ham

Ingredients
For the salad:
- 400 g of ham;

- 2 avocado;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 head lettuce.

- ½ cup white balsamic vinegar;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1 teaspoon black pepper;
- 1½ cup olive oil.

- salt and pepper - to taste;
- small bunch fresh cilantro - optional.

Coarsely chop the fillets, onion, celery, cucumber and nuts. Chop the apples, put in a separate bowl, sprinkle generously with lemon juice and mix - it will protect them from browning.
Connect the chopped ingredients and cranberries, add mayonnaise and mix. Salt and pepper. Cool the salad in the refrigerator and serve decorated with chopped cilantro.
Salad with shrimp, avocado and grapefruit
Delicious salad-cocktail from all five components.
Servings: 4.
Ingredients
- 250 g of peeled shrimp;
- 1 stalk of green onion;
- 1 ripe avocados;
- 1 grapefruit;
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste).
preparation
Quickly boil shrimp in salt water and cool. At the same time, chop the onion, peel and slice the avocado, then do the same with grapefruit (be sure to remove the film, otherwise the salad will taste bitter).
Chopped ingredients mix in a bowl with boiled shrimp. Arrange the salad in a glass ice-cream bowls or glasses, season with pepper and serve.
Salad with salmon, blackberry and mandarin oranges
Lightweight and original salad for those who are tired of traditional feast and plans to celebrate in private.

Ingredients
For the salad:
- 2 cups spinach leaves;
- 200-250 g of cooked salmon;
- 2 mandarin;
- ½ cup fresh blackberries;
- ¼ cup chopped green onions;
- ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds.
For the filling:
- juice of one lime;
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil;
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey.
preparation
Divide the spinach into equal portions and arrange on plates. Top with slices of salmon, slices of mandarin, blackberry, onion and pumpkin seeds.
Separately, whisk the lime juice, sesame oil and honey. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
Salad with pears and bacon
Another option for fans of unusual combinations.
Servings: 4.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of salad mix;
- 1 pear;
- 1 cup pink grape;
- 2 strips of bacon fried;
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese;
- 2 tablespoons toasted pistachios;
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
preparation
Cut the pear into thin slices and grapes - in half. Bacon and cheese finely crumble. In a large bowl, mix these ingredients with salad and pistachio. Add the balsamic vinegar, stir again and serve.
