3 simple cocktail with champagne

Champagne - one of the main symbols of the New Year's Eve, we offer some fun. If you pall usual sparkling, you can submit it in the form of jelly shots or accompanied by aromatic spices, herbs and fruit juices.
Champagne jelly
Ingredients:
- 21 g of gelatin;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
- 450 ml champagne.
We are used to cook jelly shots of hard liquorBut champagne gelled at least willingly.
In saucepan pour 300 ml champagne and pour gelatin. Leave the gelatin granules swell to five minutes.
As time passed, place the container on a medium heat and cook without boiling, until, until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Add the remaining sugar and the champagne, if you drink enough sweetness.
Pour gelatin into a small square of any container and leave in the refrigerator until complete solidification.
Cut the jelly into cubes and serve champagne by the glass or ice-cream bowls.
Pomegranate cocktail with champagne and rosemary
Ingredients
Cocktail:
- bottle of champagne;
- 500 ml of pomegranate juice;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
- ¼ cup pomegranate grains;
- juice of 1 lime;
- 3 sprigs of rosemary.
Ice:
- pomegranate seeds;
- 2-3 sprigs of rosemary.
First, spread the leaves of rosemary and pomegranate grains on the molds for ice. Pour the contents of water and send the molds in the freezer until complete solidification.
When the ice freezes, take for yourself a cocktail. Mix the lime juice with sugar, pour the pomegranate juice and champagne.
Separately rub the garnet grains with rosemary, the resulting slurry to shift the cheesecloth and squeezed into a container with a cocktail.
Pour the cocktail into glasses and supplement with ice cubes.
Apple cocktail with champagne and spices
Ingredients
Cocktail:
- bottle of champagne;
- 300 ml (1 ¼ cup) apple juice;
- a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
For decoration:
- 1 ¼ teaspoons of cane sugar;
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Dilute spice in apple juice. If you want to get rid of the suspension, then after 10 minutes, strain the juice through cheesecloth.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Edges glasses dip into the water and then sprinkle sugar mixture.
Half fill the glasses of spiced apple juice. The remaining amount topped up with champagne.
