To prepare pretzels is necessary to dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water and add to it a mixture of flour and salt. - ½ teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar;
- ¼ cup chopped olives;
- ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes;
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
preparation
- Dissolve yeast and a teaspoon of sugar in warm water and add to the flour with a salt solution. Following send rosemary, chopped tomatoes and olives. Knead the dough.
