These refills are universal. They blend well with greens, vegetables, meat and fish. So do not be afraid to experiment and add them to your favorite salads.
By the way, salad with vinegar can be used as marinades for meat.
1. Honey mustard salad dressing
Ingredients
- 120 ml of vinegar;
- 240 g of mayonnaise;
- 1 teaspoon mustard dining room;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon minced onion;
- 170 g of honey;
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley;
- ¼ teaspoon salt;
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper;

2. Dressing with Parmesan cheese and spices
Ingredients
- 180 ml of olive oil;
- 120 ml of red wine vinegar;

- ½ teaspoon of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon of dried oregano;
- pinch of ground black pepper.

Mix all ingredients in a jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid. Shake well.
Keep finished dressing in the refrigerator for no more than a couple of weeks. Shake before each use.
3. Home-made mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks;
- 2 tablespoons of water;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- pinch of ground white pepper;
- 240 ml of olive oil.
preparation
Whisk in a metal bowl or bucket yolks, Add water and lemon juice. Place the container in a pan of boiling water so as to obtain a water bath. Stir the mixture until it thickens.
Then move the container with the sauce in a large bowl with cold water and stir for 2 minutes more, until it cools.
Pour the mixture into a blender, add salt and pepper. Whisking sauce, gradually pour trickle olive oil. You should get the sauce smooth.
This mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
4. Garlic salad dressing
Ingredients
- 120 g of low-fat sour cream;
- 60 g of light mayonnaise;
- 40 mL of skim milk;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;

- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper.

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and place in refrigerator for at least half an hour. Before use, shake again.

6. Cucumber and yoghurt salad dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cucumber;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 240 g natural yoghurt;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper.

7. Orange salad dressing
Ingredients
- 60 ml orange juice;
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar;
- 2 teaspoons honey;
- 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well and store in the refrigerator. Before use, shake again.
8. Italian salad dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 240 ml of water;
- 60 ml lemon juice;
- 60 ml of red wine vinegar;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- ¾ teaspoon salt;
- ¾ tsp paprika;
- ¾ teaspoon of dried oregano;
- ½ tablespoon minced onion;
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder;
- ½ teaspoon of dried thyme;
- 180 ml of olive oil.
preparation
Cut the garlic cloves in half. Grind all the ingredients except the olive oil in a blender to puree. Then, stirring, gradually pour the oil.

9. Lemon salad dressing

13. Dressing with avocado
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocados;
- 60 ml white wine vinegar;
- juice of whole lemon;

- 180 ml of olive oil.

- 70 g of fresh or frozen raspberries;
- 60 ml white wine vinegar;

19. Strawberry and mint salad dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ small onions;
- 220 g strawberries;
- 7 fresh mint leaves;
- 85 g of honey;
- 60 ml white wine vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice;
- 60 ml of vegetable oil.
preparation
Chop the onions. Mix all the ingredients except the oil in a blender until smooth. Continually stirring, gradually pour in vegetable oil. Refueling is stored in the refrigerator for no more than three days. Before use, it is necessary to shake.
20. Refueling with peanut butter
Ingredients
- 125 g of peanut butter;
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon sugar;
