To begin using Talk and Comment you need to allow the application to make the sound of the webcam. After approval, next to the answer you will see a microphone icon.

Absolutely all Facebook users will see and hear your recording, even if they have not installed Talk and Comment. We have not found any mention of the limitation of the duration of voice messages, apparently, there are no limits.
Use the Talk and Comment you can send voice comments and private messages through the Chrome browser, without waiting for the addition of such a possibility by Zuckerberg and his team. Firefox extension is still in development, it may be available in a few months.
