Apple invites interns polyglots to work with Siri

Not so long ago it became known that Apple plans introduction Siri and Maps in OS X 10.9. This development and expansion of the functionality of a personal assistant is not limited. The company is looking for polyglots that would help with the introduction of support for Siri in the new list of languages.
In the first half of November, Apple posted on its website the announcement of new vacancies. This place interns in a team responsible for Siri to adapt to work in different parts of the world. New employees will have the opportunity for six months to work on the integration of the next portion of languages in service with professionals from Apple.
The announcement of these requirements among the candidates - an associate's degree in computer science and knowledge of several languages and cultural characteristics of the countries concerned. The list of required languages at this time included Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Korean, Norwegian, Swedish and, of course, English.
At the moment, Siri already supports English, Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese, and Mandarin and Cantonese. Requirements for new employees in-depth knowledge of Korean, Chinese, and French can only mean one thing - an electronic assistant decided to train a new dialect. Russian language is still away. He is great, mighty, and, unfortunately, very, very difficult. Although this did not prevent Google to implement a very high quality of Russian speech recognition system.
