Completely non-volatile light - the dream of every cyclist, but traditional solutions like dynamos allow to realize it with a number of trade-offs, starting from a high resistance when driving and finishing tire wear. Magnic Microlights system completely devoid of these shortcomings, and boasts additional features like automatic turn signals and navigation.
For the conversion of a conventional bicycle in a smart gadget is not required cumbersome and complicated manipulations. All filling Magnic Microlights is inside the brake pad, which will be installed instead of the standard. The rear pair is used for indicating the parking lights and the brake light, and front - to indicate turns and lighting.
The operating principle Noncontact dynamo is based on the eddy currents arising from the rotation of the metal wheel rim. They create a magnetic field that the coil in the lamp module, captures and converts into an electrical current. Thus the cyclist does not feel any resistance, and system performance is not degraded in rain or dirt. Lantern stores energy and shines more colo three minutes after stopping.
Magnic Microlights operates in a fully automatic mode: stop lamps light up by pressing the brake and turn signals are included when turning the steering wheel. Thanks to Bluetooth-module system is synchronized with the mobile application and can provide navigational tips for driving on route, track, speed, and also due to the built-in accelerometer to record hit in an accident and in the emergency dial service.
The novelty comes in several trim levels, the full set of costs on Kickstarter 74 euros. Separate sets of front and rear lamp will cost cheaper.
