This idea I came, when the first time in my life took on the iPad hands and immediately thought that this is the future of gloss. But the implementation took up much later.
What is your percentage of paying users?
Statistics is blurred, since we often changed engines and introduced a paid subscription only this year. I can say that the conversion is now about 6-8%.
So you do for a magazine, or a hobby for you?
With JORNL we finally came to return, but at the same time launched JORNL Woman and will soon introduce yet JORNL Business Fun, so now all the money invested back into the project.

We want to occupy the market, which now comes to a lot of new players. Also in this way we get a large audience, which is then easier to monetize, providing the product for more of its segments.
As a result, you are building an advertising platform on the basis of several magazines?
No, I would not say so. We want to get to the customers of any person. We see that JORNL download woman and we want to offer them a new magazine specifically for the female audience. And a magazine for entrepreneurs and anyone interested in the business. Thus we close most of the market.
In general, mobile magazines can make money at a good life?
I think we can. In our case, this is not so, because we are constantly striving to make the magazine better, and this requires money. At the same time, I'm sure the money will come. We now have more than 100 000 downloads.
What is the market for mobile magazines?
Today, it is a tiny niche in which revolve low price. No one knows where everything will come. Or all will be bent, or vice versa. All are at your own risk. Firstly, large publishing houses, this market is not interesting, because there is not the money, which they used to operate. And not to be there, they can not at the same time, because it is one of the most popular platforms. Secondly, the existing digital magazines exhaust system tuned for a lot of money. Many sit on the subscription fee in one of publishing platforms and forced to work only with the fact that the developer provides. They can not themselves bring something new into their applications. For example, we recently introduced the feature "Invite friends" for those users who do not want to pay for the magazine. What is the main publishing platform on the market?
The main platform is Adobe Publishing Suite and, probably, MagPlus.
