How to schedule sending emails to a certain time

Whether it's a holiday greeting or sending letters interlocutor who is in a different time belt - sometimes there are situations when you need to send a letter immediately, but at some point in future. We'll show you how to do a simple document in Google Docs.
The script, which we use, was created by Amit Agarwal, founder of the blog Digital Inspiration. For delayed sending the letter you only need the script itself, which is fully automated, and the account in Gmail.
- Download the script and click Make a Copy.
- Go to "File" - "Table Settings" and select your time zone.
- Go to Gmail, write a letter that you want to send, and close it - it is stored in the Draft.
- Find the Gmail tab and click Authorize Schedulervverhu.
- Again, go to the tab Gmail Scheduleri click Fetch Messages — all the letters of the drafts will catch up to the table.
- Now you can change the recipients, subject line and set the date and time of sending.
- After setting all the parameters, go to the tab Gmail Scheduleri click Schedule Messages.
Here are the indicators are in the table below:
- Message ID - can not be changed, is set automatically.
- Mail Recipient- recipient of the letter.
- Mail Subject — letter subject.
- Scheduled Time- time and date of the letter. When filling this field, you can select the date from the table, and set the time manually in HH: MM: SS.
- Status — can not be changed, it is set automatically.
All operations are accompanied by changes in the Status tab. If for some reason the letter fails to deliver, it will display the reason for this. This script is available in both a free version and the paid. The free version has a limit on the number of messages per day (20) and there is no possibility to send duplicate emails and change the address of the sender.
