Most people are quite enough standard application "Notes" on the Mac, but if you need This is a minimalist application, but want to have a richer set of features, then comes to the rescue Leafnote.
In fact, these are the same notes, but with basic text formatting and placement records in the hierarchy. For example, this program will be useful for writers who want to beautifully arrange a part of his book, and then easily navigate between them.
Also, Leafnote well suited to housewives, who can create a visual cookbook.
A significant drawback is the lack of the possibility of inserting images, because in many cases it would be very convenient as with the same recipes. If you try to drag the image in the workspace, we see only the path to the file, but not the image itself.
program design brief. The left column to navigate between the notes and is located in the right working area itself. For the sake of design, the developers have added the text formatting buttons, but you can use for this purpose either the Edit menu or keyboard shortcuts.
The application has two disadvantages: the price and the lack of opportunity to insert an image. We wish Leafnote luck, because if you lower the price a bit and add important features, the program will be a good working tool for many people.
