In the wake of MacWorld 2009: iPhoto'09

At the 2009 Macworld conference, Apple introduced a new version of a software package for processing digital media - iLife'09. Major changes undergone fotokatalogizator iPhoto, which appeared two interesting features.
The new version of iPhoto can recognize faces in photos. The user will be sufficient to indicate the name of the photographed person in one of the photos, and iPhoto will automatically find all the pictures with him. If you have a large library, such a possibility will not superfluous. Note that there is a face recognition in Picasa, Mac-version of which appeared recently. This technology has also been used in the social network Facebook.
Another way to organize photos in iPhoto - it Places. The user can click on the icon Places, and then will be a map that marked the spot where the captured images. This was made possible thanks to the emergence of support geotagging. Also included is the integration with the already mentioned Facebook and photo sharing Flickr.
In iPhoto '09 were also improved slideshow and a photobook. Slideshows can be exported to iTunes or directly into the iPod Touch or iPhone, and in the book (Books) can include maps of your travels.
