XMenu - all two clicks

The Finder, despite its well thought-out, could not get to all the best tool for searching and opening files, launching applications (especially if they are many). One of the programs, which could make these operations faster, turned out to be a small program XMenu.
After starting the program on the right in the menu bar appear 5 icons or labels (depending on the choice in the settings):
- Apps - Applications folder contents;
- Dev - displays a program from Apple Develop tools package (if installed);
- Home - here you will find all the contents of your home folder;
- Docs - the contents of the Documents folder;
- XMenu - customizable user folder (unfortunately only one);
- Snippets - used to store your frequently used snippets of text, e-mail addresses and web sites.
About the last menu item, I will tell in more detail below, and other points speak for themselves. By pressing the left mouse button on any menu item displays the contents of the corresponding folder in a scrollable list. All further navigation through files and folders by simply moving the mouse pointer over the list items. If it is a folder, its contents open in a column next to the current one. When switching to a different folder, the contents of the column will change to the appropriate. Select File traditionally done by pressing the left mouse button on its name.
Simplifies file search and display custom icons. If you have assigned some object individual icon in the list, you will see it. Unfortunately, not provided for in the program preview pictures, so that identify the picture, if you do not know the exact file name, it will be problematic. Let us hope that it will fix in future versions of the program.
Now a few words about why you need Snippets menu. It is, as I have already noted, contains fragments of text, web addresses, e-mail. When a file is selected, its contents are inserted in the text or in the input field of the active window. The hierarchy of subfolders is not limited, so that those who often uses the same text data This opportunity for the organization of the program data and automate their input could be very useful.
The program options will help you to hide unnecessary menu items, choose whether to display the right pane, disable the display of custom icons in lists fayov (which increases the speed of displaying large lists). options also allow you to group folders in the list of files before or after them, which is also, in my opinion, finding the right speeds.
The big drawback of the program is its inability to startup when your computer starts. Therefore it is necessary either to start the program manually each time, or to add it to the list automatically run at startup.
