Children do not always talk about school life in detail. To find out from young student as much as possible, I will have to show imagination as did my mother a first-grader.
When asked, "How was school" on-first-grader daughter Lisa received a standard reply "OK," she thought, what if it is not indifference to his mother? It defines a boring question that gets boring answer. With his girlfriend woman has compiled a list of 25 questions, responding to children who enthusiastically and in great detail began to tell mothers about school life, new knowledge and personal experiences.
The list turned out to be:
- What better event happened today at school? And the worst?
- Tell me what made you laugh today.
- With whom would you like to sit in the classroom? And who would not? Why?
- Where the school coldest?
- What is the most strange word you have heard today?
- If I met your homeroom teacher that she told me about you?
- How do you help someone today?
- As someone who helped you today?
- What is new you learned today?
- What has been the happiest today?
- When you were bored today?
- If the classroom flew a spaceship and aliens asked you, who take home with them, whose name would you call it?
- Who are the children of strangers you would like to play?
- Tell me something good from what happened today.
- What word teacher uttered more often now?
- What knowledge and skills do you miss school?
- What you would like to learn more in school? A less?
- Who in your class might be more polite?
- What do you do at recess?
- Who is the funniest in your class and why?
- What was for dinner tonight?
- If tomorrow you become a teacher, what would you teach?
- Who among classmates too much learning?
- With whom in the class you changed places, and why?
- Did you use a pencil today and why?
This is not all the issues that can stir and interest of the child. Each list can be your most importantly - a keen interest and a little imagination. And what matters most liking you?
