Scientists from the University Montclair (USA) proved scientifically that the clenched fist is stimulated areas of the brain, which are responsible for memory compression helps to remember the right information, the left - improves the recovery of memory.
Researchers were asked to test a group of 51 people to remember 72 words.
Before memorizing the test had to be twice 45 seconds strongly compress fist rubber ball. The same thing they did before recall already learned words.
5 groups were made:
