5-minute set of exercises for travel

Very often, even staunch supporters of healthy lifestyles immediately forget about his hobby, as soon find themselves in unfamiliar surroundings. Indeed, to find the time and the necessary conditions for doing business or traveling can be very difficult.

All exercises are performed in two sets of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Full complex takes about five minutes.
Jumping from raising the knee
This movement is very similar to a dance, and is just as easy and fun. Do springy jumps with simultaneous raising of the knee. Try to stick to a rhythm and not to stray from breathing.
Push-ups to squatting lying
Follow the usual push-ups. At the end of the movement bend your knees and move the pelvis back, resting on outstretched arms. Excellent comprehensive exercise that affects nearly all muscle groups.
Running on the spot
Familiar to all running on the spot. If you want to slightly increase the load, try to lift the hips higher. Even 20 seconds is enough to get a good warm up muscles.
Half-step-ups lying
This exercise requires a good coordination. Make a stop lying, legs at the same time should be half-bent. Perform a small step left foot forward while simultaneously moving the right hand forward. Return to starting position, then repeat with the other leg and arm.
Jumping into the hand
Follow the jump to the left and right while making the auxiliary arm movements. Try to keep your movements were easy and springy, like a children's ball. Keep the same pace until the end of the exercise.
