Exercise for the press - 30 repetitions. Try not to take your lower back off the floor. And not necessarily to raise the pelvis up high. The most important thing - straight legs to the floor at an angle of 90 degrees and lift them straight up without rocking back and forth. Of course, if you like to swing their feet before they lift the pelvis upward rise get much higher, but it will not be involving the necessary muscles.
