How many times have you told yourself that everything here from today begin a new life - only healthy food, exercise, more books, less TV, etc. etc.? I think on average we're trying to start a new life 10 times during the year. It is judged by the people around me. Someone manages to integrate into a new life and so in it, and stay until the head does not come with new ideas. But for the most part it is very difficult to give up bad habits (smoking, alcohol, TV) and to instill new and useful.
Why? Because very often the "right" = "boring", and when we are bored, we quickly throw it up. But since we still want to live nice and cool, turn boring in a fun and exciting to us, after all, have.
We are so reluctant to part with bad habits, because they help us to cope with stress and boredom (alcohol, smoking, overeating). A majority of good habits - not so much fun and enjoyable. And finally, the most difficult - replacing bad habits for good!
This process is quite difficult and painful, require efforts and the release of their comfort zone. Old bad habits have not appeared in our country for one day, and to work out for quite an impressive time. Accordingly, the disposal will not be quick. It's like people who have accumulated excess kilograms over the years, come to the hall with the hope that all this will disappear in just a week. And this, of course, is simply unrealistic physically. Same thing with habits. At first, the possibility of a strong delayed onset muscle soreness / break-up, seats - the temptation to drop everything and leave it at that. So take full inclusion, patience, and work on the result.
The very first thing you need to do - is to determine for themselves their triggers of stress and boredom - that is, what situations trigger them. Then you need to realize that all this is easily overcome with simple, pleasant and at the same efficiencies.
Choose your to start a useful habit and replace it with one bad. For example, in the event of stress or boredom, instead of drinking, smoking or sticky on TV, take a walk in the park, do a couple of push-ups, call your friends and invite them for a walk, etc. Choose your most pleasant from the list and make replacement.
