What not to do before going to bed

How little lucky people who do not have sleep problems. If you are not one of them, here are some things you should stop doing, so that your dream has become better and more enjoyable.
For me to wake up in the morning - the worst problem that I can not decide for a long time. And it's not just how I feel when I wake up. Lack of good sleep, really, bad influences on the condition of the body.
This problem can be solved in two ways: quantitative and qualitative. With regard to the first method there are no complications, the more you sleep (within reason), the less you feel tired in the morning, qualitative method also involves improving the quality of sleep, that is, at the same time spent in bed, you will feel it's better. There are drastic methods like this. But in order to fully change their sleep schedule, you need to have an iron shutter, which I have, apparently, is no.
I decided to start small and focus on improving the quality of their sleep, and here are some things you definitely should not do before going to bed.
- Drink alcohol. Besides the fact that your sleep will be shallow and disturbing other consequences, such as full bladder, and dehydration, will not let you sleep properly.
- Staring at the TV screen / smartphone / tablet (you fill in). This is bad for two reasons. Firstly, the glare from the screen device stimulates the brain to work that affects the production of melatonin, a hormone that is essential for quality sleep. Secondly, an information rubbish that clogs the head, also makes the brain to relax and sleep becomes an impossible task (I know for myself).
- Surf the Internet. This prohibition smoothly follows from the previous one. The sharp light from the monitor and unnecessary information will make the vile thing.
- Read tense and disturbing book. Nobody forbids you to read, but before going to sleep better to opt for the easy and fun books than the hammer head unnecessary and heavy thoughts.
- Take a hot bath. Contrary to popular belief, take a bath before going to bed - not a good idea. The thing is that during sleep the body temperature drops a few degrees, and hot tub raises your temperature. Therefore, the body will need to spend more time on lowering your body temperature. The best option would be a bath for several hours before bedtime. Then, the temperature returns to normal, and you'll quickly fall asleep.
- Overeat. It's hard to sleep with a stuffed belly. Yes, that really there, stuffed with stomach to do anything hard. Try not to overeat before going to sleep, but also to go to bed on an empty stomach - not the best idea. A small portion of salad, meat or cottage cheese with fruit is an excellent choice!
Probably the most difficult advice for all of us will give up our gadgets. Personally, I was never able to do, though I try. But I think that for the sake of a good sleep and you can donate it. And what about you?
