From what had to get rid of what I got
For several years, I - "early bird": go to bed earlier, I wake up at five-thirty. I had to give up the night life in all its manifestations. I stopped working late, trying to complete all the works during working hours, but that do not have time, stand the next day. That's all I got rid of that, you may have a list of things that need to be discarded, there will be more.
The first thing that I identified when I started to wake up early in the morning - no one with whom to talk, almost everybody is asleep. But it's not so bad, you sure there are friends larks.
Now I've had time to jogging, you can enjoy the morning air. There is a lot of time on the job, by the way, in the morning a lot easier than in the evening and at night. There was plenty of spare time, which, of course, pleases.
I would like to say that to become an early riser is quite simple, you just need to want it. I have to give up the night life, but it's worth it, because you get a lot more. In addition, this lifestyle has a positive effect on the health and well-being.
