Again, there are questions: where to engage in sports and how exactly? I love to run. Ideally I would like to live near the park and in the morning or in the evening to get out for a run. But not near the park, and run along the gassy trails no desire. Sometimes I see people who are running on roadsides, but it is just a pity, not a desire to do the same.
Swimming - a great burden, but where to swim? Within availability No good pool, and start alone is difficult. Well, I'll come to the pool, and what to do? I need a coach and it besides money, though considerable.

My goals
Of course, to achieve something, we must first set a goal. So I decided to immediately determine for yourself what I'm aiming for.
The first goal - learn how to run, swim, ride a bike. Someone will ask, "What's stopping you just learn, without competition?". Of course, I will not all be blamed on the lack of time. It is a question of priorities. If you really want, you will find the time. But participation in the competition puts you in a rigid time frame. You either learn, or fail the test.

The training program for the week
It all started a week I have a busy work and family, so I left the weekend for Urban Tri training.
On Friday, June 17, I go to the Cycle. Beginning at 8:30 am, so it is up to the job, you can make it. Training will be held in the fitness studio "Beach" in "Luzhniki".
On Saturday I'm going to the comprehensive training that includes running, swimming and Cycle. It will be held at 12:00 in the aqua complex "Luzhniki". I have no idea what sort of load and the program. I suggest to learn it together.
Sunday will be the third for me training of Urban Tri - on the run, which will be held at 10:00 am on the beach "Port" in the Park Exhibition Center. It is not yet known to me the program, but I will discuss in the next article, that was there.
