How to relieve stress for 45 seconds

Half the time we're under stress, then we realize that we stress and this fall into an even deeper stress. Stress management has long been an integral part of our daily life. But there are ways that can relieve mild stress for 45 seconds.

Even if you do not like oranges, and lodged their colleagues and leave the peel on the table for at least a couple of minutes. Home, you can use essential oils orange, Grapefruit, lemon and bergamot.
4. Meditation. Give rest to your brain. Relax, think of something pleasant for you. Try to just close your eyes and slowly make ten deep breaths with a small breath-hold.
5. Music. Each of us has a favorite melody that pours into us new strength, gives us the necessary impetus for further action, and gives inspiration. Do not miss the moment!
6. Humor. I think that nothing will happen if you select at least a minute to share jokes with colleagues. The main thing is not to take it as a license for yourself to spend half a day on sites with jokes, pictures, etc. Otherwise, at the end of the month you will have to wait even more severe stress at the time reports.
7. Order. You can just put things in order at home on the desktop, sort letters and documents on your computer. If you work at home, then it can tidy up a bit - it helps to clean up not only the apartment or office desk, but also your mind.
8. Tactile sensation. Stress is very good feeling under the hands of something soft, warm and pleasant to the touch. Will be scratched behind the ear of your cat or dog and you will immediately become easier. At work, you are unlikely to be allowed to keep the cat, so as a substitute pet suggests using rabbit's foot. In my opinion this is not a good idea, but as an option is well worth living. 9. Snack. Food and beverages relaxes us. No wonder disappearing twice as fast during the sessions of the food from the refrigerator than usual. Young ladies used to stick his grief chocolate cake and ice cream. But it is better to let it be a crisp apple than a bag of crispy chips.
