Many of us are early rises hurdly: everything annoying, and no strength even to pour himself a cup of coffee. But it turns out, to wake up with the first rays of the sun not only real, but even very useful.
"I'm just too tired yesterday" - a favorite excuse for fans to lie a little longer. Indeed, science has proven: between the "larks", feels well early in the morning and experiencing the peak of activity up to 9 hours, and "owls" who are ready to move mountains at night, a lot of biological differences. For example, studies show that early birds more benevolent and optimistic, and are better than the night owls, students and workers. In addition, British scientists (do not laugh!) Analyzed the lifestyles of some people and found that those who sleep until 9:00 am, more likely to be depressed and prone to excess weight than those who wake up in the 7. And if you remember also that the "owls" constantly having to adjust to the strange schedule (alas, not institutions to force open at midnight), then the people who prefer to get up early - the absolute "competitive advantage".
So how do you reset your biological clock and turn from "owl" in the "lark"? Use the following simple tips.
1. Get enough sleep. No matter how trite it sounds, a person must be daily 7-9 hours of sleep. Not to stay up late, time to turn off the computer and go to bed. Then get up early it will be much easier.
2. Develop mode. Start Your Service every day at the same time (even on weekends!). Gradually you get used and will open their eyes before the clock signal.
3. Start small. If you decide that you will continue to get up at 6 in the morning, you should not immediately put the alarm clock on the hour. To accustom the body to the new regime of sleep and rest should be gradual: first, set the timer to 8, then on 7:45 then 7:30 and so on, every day, move the arrow to 15 minutes, until finally you reach the desired time.
4. No delays. Many Sony heard a nasty wake-up call, on the machine, not even opening his eyes, shake button "Repeat after 10 minutes." The most imperturbable manage thus to snatch another half an hour or even an hour of sleep. But if you decide to become a "lark", this habit will have to get rid of - put the alarm clock away from the bed, and then you will inevitably have to stand up to "plug" it. Better yet, just turn off the repeat function.
5. Replace the Service soothing melody. There is a good joke, they say, it happens - do you have a favorite song, and then you put it on the Service, and you have no longer a favorite song. Similar to you did not happen, to pick the alarm light soothing melody, preferably without words.
6. Not zashtorivayte window. It is well known that much easier to wake up when the window was daylight. Do not close the blinds at night, do not draw the curtains and then, perhaps, you will wake up the first gentle rays of light.
7. Eat breakfast. A cup of coffee will give the vivacity, but not recharge your batteries. The necessary energy boost can give food, so wake up, do not forget to eat breakfast, even if "does not climb."
8. Exercise. Morning jogging does not leave a trace of sleep, and a few simple exercises will add strength and energy for the whole day.
9. Pamper yourself. Come up with some sort of "self-indulgence", which will be available to you only in the mornings. For example, a hot tub with salt or creepy-calorie pancakes with whipped cream for breakfast. This will be an additional motivator for you to get up early.
10. Just do it! There is a word "must". And if you decide to become a "lark", you just have every morning to get out of bed and chase a dream.
