In the first exercise you do 5 jumps, then 5 push-ups. Keep an eye on your feet and choose for themselves the height of which can take - heroism and injuries there will be superfluous.

In the second exercise you perform flips 5 feet up and jumps to 5 hands. And be careful not to shower feet too high until you learn to keep the balance well enough. I was falling - hurt!
