Race is needed as a motivator, check their own forces and validation of the chosen direction of development, change the routine training, socializing with like-minded people. For example,

- visit the weekly camp for triathletes in Phuket or the Canary Islands,
- give yourself more time to recover from polutravm,
- avoid unnecessary fatigue.
If at first I regarded as the hobby triathlon Challenge relatively fast, type fast train own body for one single goal to pass the race, but now it has almost no values. I catch myself thinking that, even if the injury will not allow me to do so, in principle, that if for some reason I just can not be in Italy in June, I am slightly upset. I will not be as many at the finish line of the race to remember through what privations and heavy training hours they have passed. I do not suffer. I enjoy every training session - it is a process in itself and lifestyle. I can not run - I will walk 10 km a day, I can not crouch - will be more tightened, etc.
Even in a sense, I feel sorry for people who think at first as I found out about ayronmene. It is necessary to immediately jump into the pool for 4 months and pass this distance on the moral and strong-willed, not being a triathlete in mind.
