Peanut truffles with white chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1 cup powdered sugar;
- Softened 3 tablespoons butter;
- 1/2 cup peanut butter;
- 400 g of a white chocolate coating chocolates.
Preparation. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter with butter and powdered sugar. Are forming the mixture into small balls and send in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

Energy bar with white chocolate
Ingredients:
- 450 g of finely chopped white chocolate;
- 3/4 cup of muesli with dried fruit, or 1/2 cup of oatmeal fast food, mixed with 1/4 cup chopped dried fruit (any of your choice);
- 1/4 cup large pieces of toasted almonds.
Preparation. Melt in the microwave or in a water bath white chocolate and pour it in advance prepared form of foil or a small pan with high bumpers, the laid paper for baking.
Top evenly sprinkle mixture oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit and send a refrigerator to solidify.
Peanut squares with dark chocolate
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup melted butter;
- 1 cup crumb or cracker shortcake;
- 1 cup powdered sugar;
- 3/4 cup peanut butter;
- 1 cup shredded dark chocolate.
Preparation. In the microwave or in a water bath to melt the chocolate. In a separate bowl, mix the first cookie crumbs with butter and powdered sugar, and then add to peanut butter.
Mixture nut shell out either in a small mold of the foil or on the deep pan, the laid paper baking. Screed and pour melted chocolate on top.
Send in the refrigerator for at least three hours. Before cut into pieces, gives little cool at room temperature (10 minutes).
