Simple exercises for shapely legs of Nike Training Club

Today, we want to offer you five interesting exercises for the legs and one complete 15-minute workout for everything from Nike Training Club's body. These workouts are only at first glance seem to be wanting. Highly recommended to try!
Video number 1
Perform each exercise for 8-10 times on each leg.
Video number 2
This exercise will speed up your metabolism and helps you get into the tightest jeans. Operate on four short jump from side to side, delayed in the deeper side lunge for a few seconds and return to starting position. Then repeat all over again.

Is performed on each leg as many times as you can. If you feel a burning sensation in the buttocks and thigh quadriceps muscles, which means you're doing well. ;)
