Recipe № 1. Green smoothies with lettuce, berries and banana
Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon cocoa;
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil;
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flax seed;
- 1 teaspoon hemp powder (optional);
- 1 teaspoon barley powder (optional);
- 250 ml of water.
Recipe № 2. Smoothies with sea buckthorn, almond and condensed milk
Ingredients:
- 100 g of almond;
- 100 g of sea buckthorn;
- 200 g of frozen strawberries;
- 100 ml of condensed milk;
- 400 ml vanilla or plain yogurt.
Useful substances contained in the composition of sea buckthorn berries: vitamins B1, B2, C, E, K and P, sodium, magnesium, iron, silicon, aluminum, lead, nickel, manganese, strontium, molybdenum, flavonoids, folic acid, carotenoids, betaine, choline, coumarin, glucose, fructose, phospholipids, malic, citric, tartaric and caffeic acid, tannic substances.
Recipe № 3. Smoothies with berry mix, bananas and oranges
Ingredients:
- 3 oranges;
- 2 bananas;
- 10 strawberries;
- 10-15 raspberry;
- 250 ml orange juice;
- 1 kiwi fruit for decoration.
Recipe № 4. Pumpkin Smoothies from Jamie Oliver, nuts, bananas and oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 small baked pumpkin;
- 2 bananas (1 fresh and frozen 1);
- a handful of nuts;
- two handfuls of oat flakes fast food;
- 500 ml of milk;
- 2 tablespoons yogurt;
- honey to taste;
- ice (optional);
- a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
