Recipe № 1. Mediterranean tacos
Ingredients:
- 340 grams of chicken breast, cut into small strips;

- 4 shredded lettuce;
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion;
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar;
- ¼ cup tzatziki;
- 12 lettuce leaves;

- 12 chopped olives, pitted;
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley;
- ½ teaspoon of dried basil;
- ½ teaspoon of dried oregano;

Ingredients:

Recipe № 4. Sharp rolls with cashew
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw brown rice;

- ½ cup roasted cashew nuts;
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce;

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon brown sugar;
- 2 avocado;
- 20 sheets of rice paper;
- 10 lettuce leaves;
- 1 bunch of fresh basil;
- 1 bunch of fresh mint;
- 2 carrots, cut into thin strips;
- half cucumber, cut into thin strips.

In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, oil, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir until then, until the sugar dissolves, and set aside aside - this is our sauce.

The rice paper can be wrapped much all tasty.
