Recipe: Vegetable bread, broccoli, carrots and beets

I certainly love the culinary blog Green Kitchen Stories with beautiful, delicious and healthy recipes. As the season begins picnic, I decided to try out the recipes of vegetable bread with broccoli, beets and carrots. Just four ingredients and delicious and unusual results!
Bread broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli;
- 100 g of almond flour or ground almonds (can replace walnut);
- 4 eggs;
- 1 tsp dried herbs of your choice (oregano, thyme, lemon pepper);
- salt and black pepper to taste.
preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the broccoli into florets and chop in a blender (broccoli should be similar to the figure). Measure four cups of the resulting mixture, to add ground almonds, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well hands, make a small indentation in the middle and add the eggs (it is better to shake up a fork in advance).
Mix until uniform dough. It got a little wetter than the standard.
Spread on a baking sheet for baking paper, lay out the dough and spread it evenly over the surface of your hands. Send in the oven for 25 minutes or until the bread will not be lightly golden. Ready bread gently invert and peel off the paper. Store in the refrigerator.
Bread made from beets
Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower;
- 2 medium beets;
- 100 g of almond flour or ground almonds (can replace walnut);
- 4 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- black pepper to taste.
preparation
Clean raw beets. Follow the same procedure as in the preparation of bread broccoli. The dough will slightly wetter, but during baking to dry to the desired state.
Bread carrot
Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower;
- 1 large carrot;
- 100 g of almond flour or ground almonds (can replace walnut);
- 4 eggs;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- black pepper to taste.
preparation
Clean raw carrots. Follow the same procedure as in the preparation of bread broccoli.
