Recipe: 2 variants of home bars Clif Bar

Today, the subject of our interest began recipes home energy bars a la Clif Bar. We decided to check whether they are really very similar to the original. It turned out that the truth! Ingredients for the preparation thereof can be found in any store or on the market, and some - even cook yourself.

On the Internet there are many options for home recipes of the bars, and we decided to test a few of them. It turns out very tasty and really looks like the original.
Recipe № 1. With peanuts and chocolate
Ingredients:
- 5 pitted dates;
- 1½ cups oat flakes fast food;
- 1 cup peanut butter (preferably home cooking);
- ½ cup peanut;
- 2 tablespoons flax seed;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- ½ cup of chopped chocolate;
- 3 tablespoons sugar syrup or honey.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, spread on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking, oats and peanut and Bake until golden brown (12-15 minutes). Pulls out of the oven and cooled.
In a food processor until a homogeneous mass was milled dates, honey and peanut butter. Puts it in a bowl, add the cooled porridge with peanuts, flax seeds and chocolate chips. Recipe № 2. With banana and dried fruits
Ingredients:
- 1¼ cup air rice balls (as in breakfast cereals, preferably smaller);
- 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal;
- 2 tablespoons flax seed;
- ¼ cup chopped dried fruit (raisins, cherries, cranberries, bananas - your choice);
- ½ cup chopped nuts or seeds (we used a mixture of sunflower seeds and cashews);
- ⅓ cup honey;
- 1 ripe banana, mashed into a puree;
- ¼ cup peanut butter;
- a pinch of vanilla;
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.

In a large mixing bowl, oatmeal, rice balls, flax seed, nut and the mixture was dried. Spread in a small pot mashed banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla and honey and bring to a boil, mixing thoroughly all.
Once the mass is smooth, pour it into a bowl with the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. Then cut into small portions, wrap it in foil or fold in a sealed plastic bag with a zipper, and send in the refrigerator again.
