1. What was your maximum weight and when was it?

I decided to change something (and changed) rather quickly and abruptly. 5. What has changed in your life after you lost weight?
Already it is clear that a lot has changed. But when losing weight, no sense of the revolution, I had not. I refused flatly almost on any products not flatly refused by alcohol and so on, but gradually, by itself it's not very useful decreased to very small volumes, and useful - on the contrary. In addition, dropping the first 20 kg, I began to run. Running more and faster, I became interested in this topic and came to school I Love Running, then I ran a half-marathon in Hamburg, then another, then a few more, then 42 km... :)
Now on my balcony worth roadies in the machine, I learned to swim crawl (Never in my life could not, except by a dog and Sochi breaststroke), the number of workouts per week has reached six, and in May of 2015 I took part in its first IM70.3. My resting heart rate of 65 turned into a 43-45, and 32 of the IPC - in 50+.

6. How much do you weigh now? What helps to keep fit?

Now I weigh 72 kg, but still going to hold on to 69 (although the weight here is not very revealing, it is more important for me fat percentage, I would like 12%). I try not to abuse the food, but since it does not always work, the compensating amount of training.
7. What can you advise to those who are now in the beginning?
I've been wanting grow thinBut nothing has been done since to convince myself that it needs to change the way of life, which is impossible (too global changes that are not seen as tools).
I'm not trying to change your lifestyle (it changed itself), but on the contrary, told himself that here, they say, I do not deny myself a glass of whiskey and cola, but still losing weight! That is kind of how I especially did not change my life, but lose weight is possible without this. As a result, it is certainly not the case, but I believe that in order to change the way of life I have now would weigh 120 kg.
