Can boast of the fact that he never fell more like it was in the first two races (read previous entries my IRONMAN). The helmet is not yet affected, and let it be in the future.
By the way, due to the fact that I had no bike computer and the iPhone could not get priladit to the bike and it did not help with the diving, I decided to buy himself a triathlon watches, which are able to all this. Stopped at the TIMEX IRONMAN with Cardiosensor who treated me with customs clearance and delivery ≈ $ 230! Excellent purchase, the review which will soon expect to "Run Layfhaker Run". By the way, I also swim, but to measure the dynamic on swim distance is not possible. So, pick a landmark in the sea and swim to it. Then rowed back or go back on the beach. And of course I have a lot of running around. Run is greater than required by the program my coach, but then do it in a rush.

I do not forget about small records that help to believe that all I get - beat an evening half-marathon on Samui. After all, always reserve calories per meal. But the dream continues trekat and listen to advice - sleep came to little. Get up at 5 am just, but to go to bed at 21:00 or 22:00 want and need, but friends and acquaintances puzzled - "Where are you lost yesterday? All the evening you called! ":) I slept... I wake up at 5:00, my friends.
