Flipping through your photos in the iPhone (I have to do it, because I have a 16-gigabyte version of the 4S and the place is not constantly), I found a photo of yourself, which was done in CAH Francisco after gym. The left pictures I weigh 84 kg (my height 176 cm), a second - 71 kg. Immediately after a trip to America, I decided to run and then triathlon. That's the result after almost 7 months. Not quickly things turned out, but I'm glad.
Of course, not only because of the sport and some semblance of the regime managed to get in shape. Here the great role played by food - the rejection of fatty processed foods and fast foods, hard limiting consumption of sweets and switching to vegetarian food with the resolution itself is molluscs and crustaceans. I'm in Thailand, and in Kiev there is no such food, or it is extremely expensive. And yes, I'm not ready for questions why I stopped eating meat and animal fats. It's just a feeling, and reaction to the knowledge that come to me from a variety of channels - books, movies, podcasts, stories of athletes. And most importantly - personal inner sense that it should be. Maybe not forever, but now I'm just better.
Run
Runs almost gone in my diet. Still haunts me tendon near the ankle on the inside of his left foot. To run in the form of 5-6 km, but most have not yet dare to. But we want to pancake! :( The day before yesterday decided to stop running for 2-3 weeks and focus on bicycle training. From Kiev, come from downed news cyclists on the road - another reminder of what a disgusting country we had the "luck" to live. It is impossible to love Ukraine, as he loved her Shevchenko ...
Bike
Last time I told that struck the wheel (twice :) and hobbled home on foot. It was found that by changing the wheel, I broke the shifter from Shimano. It had to change and I entrusted this Thai master. Three days of confusing red tape, reinforced trenning Thai and English for just 1700 rubles. I put the new switch.
Exhausted from lack of normal cross-country training, I began to improve his own achievements in the past. First, it wanted to be 30 km at an average pace of 2 km / min. It turned out already for the third time what I was incredibly happy. Photographing data GPS-hours in the frame even has got a dog - the day was just special!
Then he wanted to withdraw from 2:00 to detour around the island - 50 km. Also failed, but the second time:

Swimming
I stopped to swim, too. There are two reasons: 1) I'm tired of play in the basin 12 m - not productive and some cheating, 2) the sea was violent, and I'm tired of swallowing salt water from it then becomes very bad. So I wait for Kiev, where once again begin to run and swim. Not long to wait - just 3 weeks. And before the start of Pescara has only 3 months and it's starting to worry... only comfort themselves by the fact that so much swimming, running as much, so much traveled during all over bed.
