Blog "Run Layfhaker Run" offers not just run, but also to take part in our competition. For two weeks, from 23 May to 7 June this year, all your runs will be counted and added up. Anyone who will run the most (! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place) will receive from us and our partner publishing house "Mann, Ivanov and Ferber" quite valuable prize - five books:
«Running with Arthur Lydiard»
«born to run»
«From 800 meters up to the marathon»
«Life without boundaries"and
«Before the death of healthy».
So why not give jogs a little more sense? ;)
rules for participation
We use Endomondo platform that allows us to create such competition and automatically identify the winner. You are required to have an account and join the competition "Cup Layfhakera"And all of your downloaded jogging will automatically appear in the overall standings. Especially lucky users Endomondo - they do not need to change anything, just keep running! The classification takes into account only run.
Walking or biking in the standings do not fall.
You can run anywhere in the world, it has no value. Just run!
But I do not Endomondo! ʕ •`ᴥ•´ʔ
In fact, I have too. Usually I use Runkeeper and GPS-clock. You can bundle or one upload their runs in Endomondo. If you watch, you simply download new tracks here.
If you use Runkeeper or Strava, they allow you to export the data loaded into them in GPX-files, which are happy to swallow Endomondo. Export data from Runkeeper It is going on here:
If you Strava, then there can be exported separately every run like this:
If you have Nike +, then... I do not know you and do :) It seems this "gasoline" system does not allow the export activities.
Let us, by the way, thank the help in the comments about other systems and export GPX-data you have used.
ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ
Do not look for excuses! Not important victory !!!
