How to cook a delicious falafel
Sport And Fitness / / December 19, 2019
Today we will prepare falafel! The only trouble with it - soak chickpeas overnight if you choose the second recipe. The rest of the cooking does not take much of your time, and the result will be very tasty and healthy. By the way, it's great for office lunches or snacks in nature. ;)
So something like the first variant I'm ready (with boiled chickpeas), I decided to test only the second prescription. However, I have not roasted falafel in oil and baked in the oven, pre slightly greased with olive oil on top.
