However... However, to recover only in the place where you want to, you can not with good intentions, so together to form a cube press I risked becoming voluminous almost everywhere. But everything else was fine with me, so I decided not particularly suffer and dwell on the fact that we have now.
But this is my case. I think with something like that faced by many women with my physique, so-called ectomorphs - lean people with thin bones, long thin muscles and a small amount of subcutaneous fat. If you mesomorph, the article in the style of "Cubes press in just 30 days" may well work. Especially if you and this led to an active lifestyle. Endomorph, people with a high percentage of adipose tissue, is also quite difficult to achieve the desired shape. Perhaps even more difficult than the ectomorph.
In any case, the goal is realistic for all types, just all depends on the exercise plan, food and, of course, time.

In fact, I never thought about the press separately from the entire body. I have a problem with a set of muscle mass. When I came to the coach, weighing 49-50 kg with an increase of about 174 cm. He said that the need to dial more about 6-8 kg. Now I weigh 53-54 kg, and all the weight stopped altogether. I, of course, I understand that it is simply a fact that I do not so much have to recruit more. I do not want to force myself to eat. It seems to me that this is somehow not very good. One time I drank protein shakes, but at the moment it is stopped. I started having problems with the skin on the face (not for protein), so it had to temporarily eliminate all possible allergens. With the press here in the best case possible to achieve this - in a tense, of course, condition.
I have three training sessions per week. Previously, each time doing abdominal exercises after training and further still from time to time at home, but now I do some a period when I was a little tired and desperate in terms of training, so I decided to do exercises for the press only after workout feet. Get somewhere twice a week - absolutely nothing in common.
There was a time when I somehow fanatically engaged in the press and always ask the coach some new exercises, read a lot of articles on the Internet, tried, but did not really avail. My coach always tells me that I have a problem only in the fact that I was not anything. I train well, but then do not give your muscles required. That's all I was a little upset, and hands down, as the training is quite heavy, and the results are visible, probably just me. Of course, I did not give up exercise, I go because I like to do, and let slowly, but my body is changing for the better.
It's hard to say exactly what I want to press in form. I try not to rely on photos of other girls, because we're all so different in their body types. I just want to make the whole body has become more prominent and appetizing, sports. And to be honest, I did not understand until now whether my news at all in the absence of stress is noticeable. :)
