Now the new "old" types of training are growing like mushrooms after rain. Almost every day we learn about a new kind of training that, as it turns out, has long been there, just more resourceful and enterprising decided to make them into a commercial product: CrossFit, Tabata, Grit Srtength and others.
Today I want to introduce you to another innovation - FitWall Training. This is an innovative vertical workout program that combines exercise with a standard weight of his body, carried out on a special simulator. In the US, these workouts are used specially equipped rooms, but I think that to perform some exercises quite suitable standard wall bars and a couple of other simulators.
On the right simulator for training can be performed 900 specially designed exercises FitWall style. Standard training usually includes 12 exercises and lasts for approximately 40-minutes. Due to the fact that you do all the exercises in an upright position, gripping the wall, these workouts They are considered more effective than the standard group fitness classes, or even work with a personal trainer.
