How it all began
1979. I was born and I started to intensively fattened. Time was that. All the best - to children. Bun calorie yogurt bottle. Then the nineties. Snikers, beer, juices from powders. Like most children of 70-80, I grew up on American films and, in fact, with the same dream. ideas about successful life white collar - it's expensive cigarettes, beer with colleagues every day, brandy and whiskey on Fridays. About kebabs and burgers do not say anything: it has become a ritual.
As a result... in 2009, and I can not tie shoelaces. I can not, that's all! Bent - almost lost consciousness. So I realized that it was time to end up with such a life. Enough!
To say that I have not tried to lose weight before, is to say nothing. I Tried. Many times. And I am starving. And tablets teas drank until he realized that they work as a laxative. Books read a dozen. Even enema set, forgive me, Lord. Nothing helped.
But at some point I realized that apparently the problem is not in the diet. Is there something I'm doing wrong. Well, and then I finally decided: we must not sit on a diet and lifestyle change.
Why do I drink a lot, eat greasy and fried? Why did I eat last night? I have not found an answer. But I knew what I wanted. Being healthy and beautiful - this time. Live long and to set an example to their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren - that's two. And, finally, on their own, without loss of consciousness to tie shoelaces. And I decided: I will thin, Tall and slim, it is better still and blue-eyed blonde, but more on that later.
So, I started to lose weight
I realized in the first place, that the biggest problems we create ourselves. The strongest is my enemy - it was me. And most interesting is that our way of life, our habits and our desires determine our state. Programmed us.
I quit smoking. Just. One day. I had to give up smoking company. Then there was a problem with alcohol. And had to limit its consumption. Then the first time I visited the gym. Before that I was listed there for three years. It seems to me, my manager at the gym was very surprised when he saw me. Perhaps he did not even count on it. Just imagine how many people like me: who bought the ticket, but I have never visited a gym. I basically pedaled bicycle. Somewhere an hour a day. I did it hard, six days a week. I reviewed all the series in that time.

I used to work I get up to work, because went very late. Typically, as late and very tight supper. As a result, the morning wake up sleepy and non-fasting. Now I understand that the body needs rest at night. And the stomach is not an exception. And then for me it was a revelation.

In the first eight months of my weight I approached the level of 89 kilograms. Had several times changed clothes. I really rejuvenated. Of the minuses: I began to freeze. Well, then that's what happened. I took for myself finally. Nobody, however, did not believe in me. And was the only person I could trust. And who I saw in me the spark that burned in my eyes. This man - myself. If I can not do it the way I want to be, no one for me does not.
So, I changed my attitude to the problem of excess weight. I'm not losing weight. I just live now in a different way. My morning begins at five o'clock. While I was preparing breakfast, I have time to read a book. By seven o'clock in the morning I was in the gym. I go to bed at nine o'clock in the evening. The dilemma of where to go and what to eat, no: we choose a street sport or sports clubs.
Today my weight of 105 kg. And I can say that this is my comfortable weight, I do not snore and I can tie myself laces!

1. Schedule
From the organization of your day depends almost everything: how you work and how you relax. Know your reserves and opportunities.
For me, as it turned out, the best time of the beginning of the day - it's five o'clock in the morning. Why five? Very simple: it is directly connected with the sport. I have to prepare breakfast and eat at least half an hour before training. And since the training I started at seven, then there is no options. I have two hours of free time, and I spend it reading.
I read in the morning. I set out to read two books a month. And now I train not only the body but also the brain. In the evening I get tired, and did not always have the time. In the morning, I know that I can read while the whole city is asleep and while I cook breakfast.
All intellectual work I do in the morning. The whole routine I leave in the second half. I appoint meeting and agree on them just before lunch, because I know that after I am no longer able to think productively.
Sleep I lay down at nine o'clock in the evening to sleep lasted no less than seven and a half hours. I sure that sleep - this is a very powerful tool and should be used to the maximum.
2. Food
As I said before, I organized six meals. I do not eat fried. With the acquisition of steamers and cooking Multivarki longer cause trouble. I do not eat much fatty meat. Almost do not drink milk and sugar, flour products entirely ruled out. Everything related to carbohydrates - the first half of the day. I noticed that the power of young children is organized according to this principle. So why do I have to change something in adulthood?

I very rarely eat in outdoor restaurants or cafes. I came to the conclusion that they could not offer me food that I need. Eventually, I began to use more vegetables. I cook at home, and try to take food thermoses. At first it was hard, but I got used to it. Especially the way I cook, neither restaurant could not cook.
Despite the fact that my diet may seem very complicated, I assure you it is not. I'm not obsessed with diet and eat a piece of cake safely on his birthday.

3. Sport
Five times a week from seven to eight in the morning. In general, strive to ensure that your training takes no more than 40 minutes. That it is enough to lose weight and keep fit. 5. Love yourself and your loved ones
Spend more time with their children, husbands, wives, and parents. First and foremost you need to be healthy.
I am a long time could not figure out how to spend time with their children for the benefit of them, and health.
