All recipes using whole wheat bread, sandwiches to be truly useful. But if you do not like this option, you can take any other kind of bakery products. In any case, it will be very tasty!
Recipe 1. With avocado and salad
Ingredients:
- ¼ avocado;
- 2 tablespoons yogurt without additives;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- ¾ cup finely chopped boiled chicken breast;
- whole wheat bread;
- or a handful of lettuce germinated wheat (beans);
- a few slices of tomato.
preparation
In a small bowl, combine the avocado with yogurt and lemon juice, then add to chopped boiled chicken and mix well. Put on a slice of bread slice of tomato, chicken salad and add a bit on top of lettuce or other greens.
Recipe 2. With tuna and herbs
Ingredients:

Recipe 3. With beans and chicken
Ingredients:
- 100 g of chopped boiled chicken breast;
- ½ small avocado;
- ½ cup cooked or canned beans (any);
- 2 tablespoons yogurt without additives;
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder;
- lettuce or any other greens;
- whole wheat bread;
- salt and pepper to taste.
preparation
Mix all ingredients except the lettuce leaves in a bowl. Put the bread first lettuce, then mix again salad and cover it all a second slice of bread.
In our case, it was used in the preparation of chickpeas. It was very tasty. :)
Recipe 4. With poultry and apples
Ingredients:
- baked, fried or boiled chicken or turkey;
- whole wheat bread;
- lettuce;
- your favorite cheese;
- apples.
